At Headel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our paid services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Overview of Our Plans

Headel offers the following plans:

  • Free Plan: Always free with no subscription charges. A processing fee of 2.5% + ₹5 is added to the buyer's checkout total for each transaction.
  • Pro Plan: ₹699 per month with premium features including advanced themes, integrations, analytics, and priority support. The same processing fee of 2.5% + ₹5 applies to buyer transactions.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund on the Pro Plan subscription if you cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal date.

  • The 7-day refund window starts from the date of payment
  • You are eligible for a 100% refund of the subscription fee (₹699)
  • Refund requests must be submitted within the 7-day period
  • This guarantee applies to both new subscriptions and renewals

3. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of the payment date
  • Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms and Conditions
  • You have not previously received a refund for the same subscription period
  • The subscription was purchased directly through Headel (not through third-party resellers)

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Processing Fees: The 2.5% + ₹5 processing fee charged to buyers on transactions is non-refundable as it covers payment gateway costs.
  • Subscriptions after 7 days: Pro Plan subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day window are not eligible for refunds, but you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
  • Free Plan: The Free Plan does not involve any subscription charges, so no refunds apply.
  • Terminated Accounts: Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions are not eligible for refunds.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Send a refund request to hello@headel.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Account Email]"
  2. Include Details: Provide your registered email address, payment date, transaction ID (if available), and reason for the refund request
  3. Wait for Confirmation: Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
  4. Receive Refund: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • UPI Payments: 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days depending on your bank
  • Wallets: 1-3 business days for wallet refunds

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If you do not receive your refund within the specified timeframe, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us.

7. Cancellation of Subscription

You can cancel your Pro Plan subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

  • Within 7 days: You will receive a full refund and immediate access termination to Pro features (you can continue using the Free Plan)
  • After 7 days: No refund will be issued, but you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
  • Auto-renewal: To avoid future charges, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date

8. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly for any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your Headel account. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly and fairly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
